The Company strongly recommends that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks such as medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage and trip cancellations. The Company shall not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the absence of appropriate insurance coverage.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, technical failures, or acts of God.
